Digital Downloads

All digital downloads, including Fonts, Templates, Brushes, Textures, Vectors, and Bundles, are available for download immediately after your order is completed. You will be redirected to a page with the download link, and an email will be sent to your registered email address upon checkout.

Shipping Policy

Original Artworks

All shipping will be handled by Misprinted Type. You will receive a trackable shipping number. Items should arrive within 7-20 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes in their country (if applicable).

Limited Editions

Shipping of limited editions will be handled by our partner, The Print Space. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided by The Print Space during checkout.

Refund Policy

Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure that you review all product descriptions and requirements before making your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your download or file, contact us at [email address], and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limited Edition Prints

We partner with The Print Space for the production and shipping of our limited edition prints. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, The Print Space will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this, please contact info@theprintspace.co.uk or use the chat icon on their website.

If there are any issues beyond damage, please contact us directly at recifed@gmail.com , and we’ll assist you further.

*Refunds for limited edition prints will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Original Artworks

We do not offer refunds on original artworks unless the piece arrives damaged or there is a defect. In the rare case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork, and provide photos and a detailed explanation. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a repair, exchange, or refund.

General Terms

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
